About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership for HR in a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning HR programs and initiatives with the region's and the entire health system's objectives. This role involves collaborating with regional and system office leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the business and workforce plans. The CHRO will also lead a team of HR professionals, ensuring the delivery of HR services and fostering a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' HR management experience, ideally in a healthcare setting. The role requires advanced interpersonal, business, and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record of operating as a change agent and empowering employees. The CHRO will be expected to maintain a working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and to embody the company's mission, vision, and values in all professional interactions.
