RECEPTIONIST . Hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages. Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to support the sales team. Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Assist sales team with miscellaneous administrative tasks Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for administrative functions. Ensure that supplies are stocked and the front desk area is tidy. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and improve client satisfaction. Skills/Education required to perform the role:
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred (2 years minimum). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential. Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and clerical tasks. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation. Proven customer service skills with a focus on providing quality support to clients. High school graduate or equivalent. Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
