Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Rep
We're seeking a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling calls in both English and Spanish. You'll provide clear information, resolve issues, and ensure each caller feels supported and valued.
Pay:
$19 per hour
Location:
Lehi, UT
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner Use bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base with questions, concerns, and service needs Document customer interactions accurately in the system Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues Follow company policies while providing solutions tailored to the customer's situation Strive to meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish required Strong verbal communication skills and ability to listen actively Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software quickly Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service Why Join Us?
