Work model:
On-Site Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a 45-minute lunch (37.5 hours per week) What you will do: Review new life insurance applications for accuracy and completeness, and follow up with agents to obtain any missing documentation Input and validate new life applications within the system Process initial payments and allocate funds to newly established life insurance policies Document and verify policy replacement activity in the system Set up electronic funds transfer (EFT) drafts for both initial and recurring premium payments Prepare policy delivery packets by generating instructions, including necessary enclosures, and ensuring all materials are complete prior to mailing What you will need to be successful: Minimum of 1 year of relevant office or processing experience Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications Strong customer service orientation, including the ability to communicate effectively by phone when needed Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily responsibilities Demonstrated reliability and a consistent track record of dependability Benefits overview:
