We are partnering with a client for a Director of Healthcare Management opportunity. This role helps to drive innovative population health management solutions that improve outcomes, reduce costs, and empower healthier communities. Those qualified will have extensive experience in healthcare leadership with a focused concentration on population health or managed care, possess an active RN license, and have a proven track record of developing and implementing programs. Work model: On-Site Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What you will do: Lead and enhance population health initiatives in alignment with NCQA and URAC standards Integrate care management solutions across the full continuum of care Track and evaluate program performance using quality metrics and outcome data Drive innovation in care delivery models and digital health solutions Manage budgets and allocate resources to ensure cost-effective, high-quality outcomes Support RFP development and contribute to strategic growth opportunities Conduct ROI analyses and effectively communicate program value to stakeholders Oversee client onboarding into applicable clinical and care management programs Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements Develop and implement clinical protocols and care pathways to standardize best practices Foster strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote the adoption of evidence-based practices Build and mentor high-performing clinical teams, fostering a culture of excellence Drive performance management and support ongoing professional development Optimize staffing models and cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement What you will do: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management Demonstrated expertise in population health or managed care leadership Familiarity with NCQA and/or URAC accreditation standards Proven track record in program development and successful implementation Strong analytical skills and financial acumen Benefits overview: Vision, dental, and health insurance 401k PTO Interested and qualified candidates can contact Kyle Broshar at (515) 225-7000 or email Kyle at kbroshar@thepalmergroup.com.
