Key Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and define desired outcomes. Collaborate with IT teams to design and deliver solutions leveraging
Dynamics 365 modules
and the
Power Platform . Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business objectives with technical capabilities. Provide expert guidance on
best practices, roadmap planning, upgrades, governance, security, and compliance
within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Design and implement scalable and secure
CRM architectures
and integrations with Azure services, Power Platform, and external applications. Develop custom solutions, workflows, applications, and reports using
Power Platform tools . Lead the delivery and rollout of new business applications and integrations across Microsoft and third-party products. Create and maintain detailed
solution documentation and architecture diagrams . Mentor and support application SMEs, providing technical leadership across the team. Manage incident resolution, problem tickets, and escalations in line with defined SLAs. Partner with engineering and product delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of product and project requirements. Support organizational
change management and user adoption
of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
