Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes. Collaborate with IT teams to design and deliver solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 modules and the Power Platform. Facilitate workshops and discussions to bridge the gap between business and technology. Advise on best practices, roadmap planning, upgrades, and integration strategies. Provide guidance on governance, security, and compliance within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Support change management and adoption across the organization. Developing custom solutions, workflows, and reports using tools like Power Platform and create new applications using the Microsoft Power Platform Designing and implementing scalable and secure CRM architectures for Dynamics 365 solutions. Integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems like Power Platform, Azure services, and external applications. Responsible for the delivery and roll out of new business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform Responsible for the delivery and roll out of business integrations between Microsoft products and other products Create detailed solution documentation and architecture diagrams. Manage and mentor the application SME Document the application and integrations that are built Understanding other Microsoft products in use Taking ownership of technical issues, understanding customer requirements and work within escalation process to resolve more advanced issues. Collaborate with engineering and product delivery teams to understand product and project requirements. Support and resolve incidents and problem tickets over phone email remote meeting with SLA defined. Support change management and adoption across the organization.
