Project Manager
This heavy civil shop is actively searching for a PM, and they offer a compelling package to top candidates:

Yes, I know the salary range is big (sorry). There's a big difference between a newer PM with 5 or 6+ years pro experience and an experienced pro who's been in the game for 20+ years.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Supervise site work and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of work performed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years pro construction management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Bridge, highway, sitework, utilities experience
