Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment, manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue badges as required.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

  • Provide basic administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  • Assist with company communications, such as emails, announcements, and internal memos.

  • Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative training preferred.

  • Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a customer service role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.

  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong customer service orientation.
