Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment, manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Maintain visitor logs and issue badges as required.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Provide basic administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Assist with company communications, such as emails, announcements, and internal memos.
Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative training preferred.
Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
