About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources to oversee the implementation of personnel policies and the management of the human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective utilization of human resources in alignment with the company's educational goals, mission, and vision. This role involves maintaining compliance with a range of policies and regulations, including those related to union contracts and federal, state, and local statutes. The Executive Director will also be involved in the collective bargaining process, managing relationships with employee associations, and handling a variety of personnel management issues, from recruitment to conflict resolution. Applicants for the Executive Director of Human Resources position at the company should have a minimum of five years' of progressively responsible HR experience, with a preference for those who have worked in a school district setting. A Master's degree is also preferred. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in HR and labor relations, as well as the ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations.
