Be the Backbone of a High-Performing HR Team
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our client's dynamic HR team-a recognized leader in the Consumer Products Industry. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our HR operations are not just compliant, but efficient, accurate, and employee-focused. You will play a critical part in managing employment eligibility processes and HR data integrity that keeps the organization running smoothly and lawfully.
What You'll Do: Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Form I-9 documentation in full compliance with federal regulations.
Manage E-Verify submissions, resolve TNCs, and perform timely follow-ups.
Utilize Equifax Workforce Solutions to process employment verifications and support unemployment claims.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding tasks including document collection, employee communications, and HR system updates.
Maintain and audit employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy across all platforms.
Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and reports as needed.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Generalists, and Compliance teams to support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding verification and compliance procedures.
Stay informed on regulatory updates related to employment eligibility verification.
What You Bring: Required Qualifications
2+ years of HR experience, ideally in a coordinator or specialist capacity.
Proven experience with I-9 processing and E-Verify compliance.
Hands-on experience with Equifax Workforce Solutions or similar verification systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
Experience supporting HR audits or compliance initiatives.
Bilingual capabilities are a plus.

Pay Details:
