Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide variety of administrative tasks and support the company’s executive-level management, as well as all other administrative and medical center staff. The Administrative Assistant should be organized, possess excellent time management skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks. Must be an initiative-taker and be able to act without continuous guidance. The Administrative Assistant will contribute to the efficiency of the Hot Springs Health Program by being proficient in Excel and Word, as well as providing personalized and timely support to executive, administrative, and center staff.
Essential Job Duties
- Dissemination of information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage conference room calendar.
- Sort and distribute all mail correspondence to all staff and centers.
- Order and package marketing and event materials.
- Order, stock, and distribute office supplies.
- Monday-Friday

Education And Experience
- Education: High School graduate or GED.
- Experience: Prior Executive or Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
- Other: Valid N.C. Driver’s License, and dependable transportation.
