Litigation Administrative Assistant

Location: Century City, Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $100K to $110K per year along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401k
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

A highly regarded law firm in Century City is seeking a seasoned Legal Administrative Assistant to join its team. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of legal administrative experience, with a strong background in litigation support, electronic filing, and case management in state, federal, and appellate courts.

Responsibilities:

  • E-file legal documents with California state, federal, and appellate courts

  • Docket court dates and legal deadlines using case management systems

  • Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and exhibits

  • Organize and manage case files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accessibility and accuracy

  • Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Communicate professionally with courts, clients, and opposing counsel

  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case logistics as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of legal administrative experience, preferably in litigation

  • Proficiency in court filing procedures across state, federal, and appellate jurisdictions

  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and legal document formatting

  • Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail

  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal docketing software

  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently and as part of a team



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
