$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

JOB DUTIES

• Manage employee and labor relations, training, organizational development and effectiveness, recruiting and retention, benefits administration, and continuous improvement
• Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Union Experience
• 3+ years' experience in Human Resources working in a manufacturing plant environment
