Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Trulite is GROWING! We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to be based at our Tulsa, OK location.

The Trulite Human Resource Generalist will function as the primary HR Support for the Tulsa, OK location.

What Brought You Here

• $70,000-$80,000 per year
• Eligible for Quarterly Safety Bonus
• Monday thru Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM - occasional weekend hours

Who You Are

A Human Resource Professional who works in partnership with the facilities leadership team, is a problem solver and an employee advocate! A highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work, wants to perform their role in a timely and efficient manner while producing good quality product, and wants to grow in their knowledge and experience while helping the organization to be successful.

What You Will Do

• Help drive the organizational culture.
• Facilitate metrics and organizational communication strategy.
• Coach associates and managers regarding employee relations issues.
• Partner with operational leadership for performance management.
• Facilitate dispute resolutions.
• All other tasks in line with company policies and legal practices.
  
  

Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish).
• Experience collaborating closely with operational managers and leaders in a HRBP capacity.
• Experience advising managers and leaders on employee matters, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Demonstrated experience in issue identification and resolution skills (identifying and implementing solutions, getting others to support proposed solutions).
• Experience managing both strategic initiatives and the execution of day-to-day deliverables.
• Experience with HR data analytics.
• Experience using ADP a plus.
