The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture in Starbucks
• Ability to provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks’ products
• Experience with food quality and freshness management
• Knowledge of state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines

As a Starbucks Barista, a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with guests to deliver quality handcrafted beverages and food
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food and Beverage Standards and Starbucks’ brand standards
• Execute food and beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and cleaning
• Maintain an ongoing awareness of all promotional activities within Starbucks
• Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
• Complete all required Starbucks trainings related to quality control
• Work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others
• All other duties based on business needs

• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
