ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE

The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

As a Starbucks Barista, your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with guests to deliver quality handcrafted beverages and food.
• Uphold and maintain execution of Food and Beverage Standards and all Starbucks brand standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, and cleaning.
• Maintain awareness of all promotional activities within Starbucks.
• Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests.
• Complete all required Starbucks trainings related to quality control.

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate technology equipment.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.

We expect:

• Accurate cash register operations.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift merchandise up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
