The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

As a Starbucks Barista, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience with quality handcrafted beverages and food.
• Upholding Food and Beverage Standards and Starbucks’ brand standards.
• Executing food and beverage processes, including food deliveries and inventory management.
• Maintaining an inviting dining area for guests.
• Engaging with guests to meet and exceed their expectations.
• Following food safety guidelines and best practices.
• Completing all required Starbucks trainings related to quality control.
• Working in a safe manner and supporting guest services.
• Performing all other duties based on business needs.

• Flexible work schedule and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
