Job Description

This position is primarily on-site but may allow for hybrid or remote flexibility if the candidate meets all background and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 applications, VPNs, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support VIP users.
  • Document and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with VPN troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM.
  • A+/Network+ certification.
