Responsibilities Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 applications, VPNs, printers, and peripherals. Support VIP users. Document and escalate issues as needed. Qualifications 2 to 4 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist. Experience with Microsoft 365. Experience with VPN troubleshooting. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM.
