Technical Product Manager - Global Trade Compliance role at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. Location: Titusville, NJ or Beerse, Belgium (or other J&J facility in the United States for the right talent). This role supports Global Trade Compliance capabilities within SAP S/4HANA and SAP GTS E4H, and requires collaboration across functional domains to enable end-to-end integrated solutions. Roadmap & Backlog

Own vision and prioritization of new technical features and/or enhancements for Trade Compliance and Trade Preferences to meet business needs. Establish technology roadmap to deliver business and customer value for Intercompany requirements. Balance business value with technical feasibility, prioritize features, optimize cost, and improve delivery efficiency. Refine backlog with necessary technical features and epics; coordinate with Suppliers and Product Owners to ensure understanding of supplier delivered capacity and architectural integration. Help Product Owners prioritize backlogs, manage platform constraints, resolve cross-team dependencies, and lead demand intake as required. Solutioning

Accountable for solution design and implementation for Global Trade Compliance processes for Innovative Medicines Supply Chain on ERP & GTS platforms and integrations. Drive business process standardization and strategies for best-in-class design. Engage with business and functional teams to provide fit-for-purpose technical solutions aligned to Transcend program design and standards. Drive selection of product/platform solution options; work with Engineering to assess technical elements before user testing and balance tech debt. Delivery

Lead the integrated solution build and deployment. Plan and execute Technical Testing; support business workstreams in Business Simulation and User Acceptance Testing. Apply compliance requirements, maintain SDLC documentation, configuration, and compliance activities. Measure capabilities against demand, complexity, and business challenges to drive improvements within value streams. Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience Domain Expertise

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes and end-to-end linkages to Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, Logistics, Finance and Data. Solid understanding of SAP ERP and SAP GTS capabilities Exposure to Global Trade Compliance processes Preferred

Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare; knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance Exposure to Advanced Therapies and Clinical distribution processes Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC documentation Leadership & Behavioral Skills

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $120,000 - $207,000. The Company maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
