Overview
Our client, an international law firm in Boston, is looking for an Office Technology Support specialist on a temp to perm basis. This role is part of a small team supporting 48 users (and growing) in their Boston office with issues involving hardware and software including Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, Teams, mobile devices, Intune, Lenovo laptops, VOIP phones, iManage document management, Citrix, and various other hardware/software. They will also be supporting conference rooms and audio-visual equipment and systems (Cisco, Zoom, etc). ServiceNow is used for ITSM. The role is a mixture of day to day support and project work. This group takes escalations from the firm\'s service desk.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware and software across the Boston office, including Windows OS, Office 365, laptops, mobile devices, and related infrastructure. Support conferencing and AV systems (Cisco, Zoom, etc.) and room environments. Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and work on assigned escalations from the service desk. Participate in project work related to IT initiatives and improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to perform in a high-pressure environment. Solid troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, Office 365, laptops, mobile devices, and hardware. Experience with Active Directory, Intune, iManage, Lenovo laptops, VOIP phones, Citrix, and conferencing/AV technologies is a plus. Onsite availability five days a week; first shift in Boston, MA, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM; flexibility to stay after hours when needed.

Pay & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
