5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Proven track record of achieving sales goals and enhancing team performance Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
