Develop and execute the sales strategy for the assigned region to drive sustainable growth in census and revenues. Lead formal sales training initiatives and support sales counselors through tailored coaching. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Directors to create effective quarterly campaigns and review outreach strategies. Evaluate pricing strategies and assist in competitive analysis for marketing efforts. Participate in monthly P&L reviews and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations. What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in business or sales/marketing preferred; or equivalent sales experience. Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in a senior living community. Proven track record in leading and coaching sales professionals to achieve established goals. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

5 years of experience in residential leasing. 5 years of experience in senior living sales. Strong analytical skills to review data and develop effective sales strategies. Ability to present material to groups, including senior management and professional audiences.
