Citi Commercial Cards is the leading provider of Charge Card solutions to multi-national corporations, financial institutions, and public sector organizations, offering global payment capabilities in over 100 countries. The Travel & Entertainment (T&E) and Business-to-Business (B2B) product verticals form the core of Citi’s business card offering, leveraged by over 8 million cardholders and 20,000 corporates around the globe. Reporting to the B2B Payments Head, this global and strategic role is responsible for supporting Citi’s ambitious growth objectives within the Purchasing, Procurement and Payables spaces. The position focuses on driving virtual card technology adoption, enhancing supplier engagement, and strengthening Citi’s partners ecosystem to increase client value and processed transaction volumes. The role ensures awareness of relevant trends and innovations in the B2B space and owns the product roadmap and delivery to support Citi’s global client base and differentiate Citi’s offering. Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Account Management, Operations and Banking teams, and active engagement with other Citi Services business lines, are critical to unlock new growth opportunities for the Bank. Responsibilities

Support the strategy, vision, and positioning for Citi Commercial Cards within the Purchasing, Procurement and Payables spaces.

Own specific aspects of the B2B roadmap and partner with all functional stakeholders to ensure Citi’s offering is comprehensive and best-in-class.

Contribute to enhancing Citi’s supplier enablement framework, with robust and globally consistent processes to increase the card spend of existing clients.

Drive the commercialization of Citi’s B2B offering by addressing client queries, supporting new sales opportunities, and cascading knowledge across teams.

Assist the sourcing, implementation, and management of partnerships and strategic alliances to enhance Citi’s B2B product offering and relevance.

Manage day-to-day product relationships with payment networks (Mastercard and Visa) to drive collaboration, efficiency, and global card volumes.

Champion collaboration with other Citi Cash Management product lines, Citi Ventures and Citi Labs to foster innovation and create strategic differentiators.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/University degree; Master’s degree preferred.

6+ years of relevant experience, preferably across the Banking and Payments space.

Results-oriented, critical thinker with good IT/project management skills, eager to learn and contribute to a high-growth business.

Ability to optimize product lifecycles and go-to-market in a complex environment with competing opportunities.

Capability to communicate effectively at all levels and drive projects cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment.

Global role with high interaction with regional/local teams. Flexible working hours and some travel should be expected.
