About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for the Asia Commercial Cards B2B and eCommerce Product Manager role. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of the business growth strategy and commercialization across all B2B segments, with a focus on accounts payable and e-commerce. This pivotal role requires a leader who can ensure organizational awareness of relevant trends and innovations in the Asia B2B and e-commerce space, and who will own the product roadmap to enhance and differentiate the company's product offering. The role involves external interaction with partners and clients, as well as collaboration with internal stakeholders from various teams to deliver results.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably in the banking and payments sectors, with a distinct advantage for those with expertise in commercial cards and/or payables. The role demands a driven, results-oriented individual with a proven record of successful execution of partnerships and product ventures. Strong project management and product lifecycle skills are essential, as is the ability to be a clear communicator at both strategic and tactical levels in a matrixed and cross-functional environment. Familiarity with Asia business trends, market specifics, and the ability to speak additional Asian languages, particularly Bahasa, Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese, are also considered advantageous. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree being a good-to-have qualification.
