About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global B2B Cards Product Manager, Vice President to join their dynamic team. This strategic role is pivotal in driving the adoption of virtual card technology, enhancing supplier engagement, and strengthening the partner ecosystem to meet the company's growth objectives in the purchasing, procurement, and payables spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive and best-in-class offering, and staying abreast of relevant trends and innovations in the B2B space. Effective cross-functional coordination with sales, account management, operations, and banking teams is essential, as is the ability to engage with other business lines to unlock new growth opportunities.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience, preferably in the banking and payments sector, and possess a results-oriented, critical thinking approach with strong IT and project management skills. The role requires the ability to optimize product lifecycles, communicate effectively at all levels, and drive projects in a complex, global, and highly matrixed environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will be a champion of collaboration, with the capability to manage day-to-day product relationships with payment networks and foster innovation through partnerships with other business lines.
