Overview Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc. is currently recruiting for the position of Contracts Manager. The Contracts Manager is a hands-on position that administers all Contracts (commercial and government) received from customers and prepares all legal agreements.

Salary: $123,000.00/yr - $190,000/yr - DOE

Schedule: M-F (Full-Time, On Site)

Essential duties and responsibilities

Contract management and administration.

Reviews customers' terms and conditions for acceptability/compliance.

Understanding of CPFF and FFP contracts.

Prepares, executes, administers, extends, renegotiates, and terminates contracts.

Prepares, executes, administers legal agreements.

Import/Export Compliance support.

Program Management support with an emphasis on contract deliverables and schedule.

Executes and maintains current certifications required for commercial and government quotes and contracts.

Support credit approvals for customers.

Evaluates or monitors contracts and customers to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts and compliance to contractual obligations.

Generate reports for delivery performance histories.

Administers small business plans and reporting.

Ability to work full time.

Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or 7+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Thorough knowledge of contracts and federal regulations.

Ability to research and resolve related issues when necessary.

Due to US Export Control Regulations compliance, eligible candidates MUST be a US citizen, permanent resident or a person who has been granted asylum; proper documentation required. Pre-employment verifications: must pass background, reference and ITAR/EAR checks in addition to a pre-employment drug screen.

Job Details Pay Range: $123,000.00 - $190,000.00 / year
