Overview Growth Orthopedics (GO) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of RCM Implementation to lead the execution of strategic Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) initiatives aimed at centralizing operations and optimizing performance across our orthopedic clinics and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). This role will drive enterprise-wide transformation through implementation of technology platforms, standardization of workflows, and deployment of best practices across all RCM functions, including scheduling, billing, coding, collections, and denial management.

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute enterprise-wide RCM implementation strategies aligned with Growth Orthopedics' operational and financial goals. Strategic Planning & Execution: Help drive the centralization and standardization of RCM processes across all practice locations. Project Management: Lead complex, multi-site implementation projects from initiation to completion, including timeline and milestone management, resource planning, risk assessment, and issue resolution. Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Coding, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of RCM systems and workflows. Technology Enablement: Serve as a key stakeholder in the selection, configuration, and rollout of RCM platforms, automation tools, and performance monitoring systems. Technology Enablement: Work closely with software vendors and internal teams to ensure successful deployment and optimization of technology solutions. Process Optimization: Evaluate current-state workflows and design future-state processes that improve efficiency, compliance, and reimbursement. Process Optimization: Introduce best practices, KPI tracking, and performance metrics to drive measurable revenue outcomes. Team Leadership & Training: Lead teams and / or vendor partners involved in RCM transformation, with the end result in mind and a one team, one goal mentality. Team Leadership & Training: Provide training and change management support to operational and revenue cycle staff during system rollouts and process transitions. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during implementation initiatives. Stakeholder Communication: Ensure timely communication of project status, roadblocks, and results to senior leadership and practice-level partners. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all implemented processes and systems comply with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and industry standards. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct regular audits and post-implementation reviews to identify and address any gaps in execution or compliance. Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with at least 2+ years leading RCM system implementations or process transformation initiatives. Deep knowledge of the full revenue cycle, including scheduling, eligibility, coding, billing, claims, denials, and collections. Strong knowledge of RCM technologies (e.g., PM systems, clearinghouses, coding platforms, workflow tools). Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills. Change management and process reengineering experience preferred. Experience working with or within physician practices, MSOs, or ASC environments strongly preferred. Why Join Growth Orthopedics?
