Position Description This position serves as a critical PMO leader responsible for governing all project delivery across Technology Solutions & Operations functions. The role focuses on IT operations, digital workspace, and enterprise service management portfolios while applying agile principles and adapting traditional project management approaches to optimize business and technology outcomes. The leader will drive organizational agility, promote Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives, and ensure seamless delivery of technology solutions that enhance employee experience and operational excellence. Job Duties & Responsibilities

PMO Governance & Delivery Leadership: Govern all project delivery across TSO functions with a specialized focus on IT operations, digital workspace, and enterprise service management portfolios Establish and maintain PMO standards, processes, and governance frameworks for consistent project delivery Lead cross-functional teams in executing agile initiatives to deliver customer value and business outcomes Monitor project performance against financial metrics, providing timely feedback and implementing corrective actions Agile Transformation & Methodology: Train and coach leaders, teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset Contribute to Communities of Practice (CoP) within the agile network Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings across distributed delivery teams Drive continuous improvement mindset and agile engineering best practices across all portfolios Strategic Program Management: Prepare program and release backlogs, as well as team and program objectives Track, promote, and publish completed program features and program objectives Manage risk and dependencies, communicate and escalate impediments to ensure transparency and reduce bottlenecks Report on standardized program-level metrics within budget constraints Voice Of Customer & Employee Experience: Support and align to VoC framework across IT agile teams to improve customer satisfaction and employee experience Govern stakeholder focus groups for strategic input and continuous feedback on product delivery Drive targeted VoC programs for top products and services Business Partnership & Collaboration: Promote collaboration and transparency, building trusting relationships between business, delivery, and technology teams Lead successful delivery of products focused on infrastructure and end-user technology solutions Support business continuity management, software asset management, and IT resiliency initiatives Act as change agent in the organization’s digital transformation Qualifications

Required Qualifications

High School Grad / GED Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience Experience: 8+ years Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years Preferred Qualifications
