We are a U.S.-based law firm seeking a highly organized and proactive
Bilingual Executive Assistant
to support our leadership team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, managing communications, and providing executive-level administrative support. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and calls. Screen, prioritize, and respond to phone calls, messages, and emails on behalf of the executive team. Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups. Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times regarding sensitive information. Handle additional administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the firm. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional studies required. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent, both written and spoken). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. What We Offer
