Sr. People Operations Partner
W2 Contract to Possible Hire
$56-72/hr DOE
We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Sr. People Operations Partner to join our global People Team. This individual will serve as a trusted partner on all things people and culture and will oversee a wide breadth of People Operations responsibilities across compliance, benefits, leaves, employee data, and systems. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening processes that support the employee lifecycle and scale our People function as the company continues to grow.

What You’ll Do
Provide guidance to leaders, managers, and employees on People Operations topics, including benefits, leaves, accommodations, compliance, policies, and HRIS data.
Partner as needed on U.S. immigration and global mobility matters.
Lead the administration of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance in Workday and related systems.
Manage leave of absence and accommodation cases for U.S. employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Act as the primary escalation point for HR compliance-related issues; ensure controls and procedures are in place and reviewed periodically.
Ensure People policies are up to date and clearly communicated.
Support People Technology initiatives, including HRIS data integrity, process audits, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Analyze People data and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports that inform business decisions and measure outcomes.
Contribute to global People projects and partner closely with teams in EMEA and APAC to ensure alignment and coverage.
Drive initiatives that improve scalability, automation, and employee experience across the People function.
Qualifications
5–7 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience with exposure to multiple HR disciplines (benefits, compliance, immigration/global mobility, leaves, HRIS, policies, data reporting).
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
Experience managing leave of absence and accommodation cases.
Comfort handling sensitive employee relations and compliance matters with discretion.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with global teams.
Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred).
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose process improvements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex People topics for employees and leaders.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and strong interpersonal skills.
