We are partnering with a rapidly expanding dairy manufacturing company on a confidential search for a Director of Operations . This company has been in business for over 50 years, and they are looking for someone to contribute to their success.
What they’re looking for
10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a multi-site leadership role. Strong background in plant management, preferably in the food or dairy industry. Demonstrated success managing capital projects, including equipment installation and facility upgrades Mechanical aptitude and ability to quickly understand plant-specific machinery and processes Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel regularly between facilities in Illinois and Wisconsin Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field Experience managing large scale operations and teams. Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and other food safety/quality systems, and manufacturing processes (lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies). What’s in it for you
