Manager of Enterprise IT / Help Desk, Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid role must be based near the office). Team: Global IT & Cybersecurity. Type: Full-Time. At Tillster, we power the digital guest experience for restaurant brands, connecting millions of people to their favorite food. We are growing and seeking a Manager of Enterprise IT / Help Desk to scale and support internal systems across continents. You will lead IT support, champion efficient workflows, and shape a next-gen help desk experience for a global hybrid team. What You’ll Do

Help Desk Leadership (40%): Build and lead a small IT team across San Diego, Los Angeles and Portugal; be the friendly, technical face of IT to internal teams, Senior Leadership Team and visiting clients; triage and resolve escalated help desk tickets; implement processes to increase speed, friendliness, and efficiency; partner on network activities and rollouts; manage work assignments, meet deadlines, and communicate status; collaborate across teams to ensure consistent processes and successful cross-functional projects; maintain and enforce a ticketing system and handle escalated requests; proactively propose enhancements and process improvements. Project Management & Reporting (15%): Plan and manage IT projects and internal initiatives; deliver clear documentation and reporting on IT, Vendor Management and Help Desk programs; coordinate meetings and timelines; ensure timely triage of technology issues; document IT systems, procedures, and processes; conduct staff training on tools and technology; report to Head of Cyber Security. Identity & Access Management (20%): Oversee joiner/mover/leaver workflows and least privilege access; conduct periodic Active Directory and Exchange audits; collaborate with Cybersecurity to maintain compliance; oversee IAM processes including automated workflows; conduct AD reviews; ensure appropriate access for new joiners and PAN users. Asset & Facilities Support (15%): Support hardware, software, and network troubleshooting (Mac, Windows, Linux); maintain IT inventory and security; support trade shows and kiosk lab team; deploy and decommission enterprise apps; travel to at least one trade show to gain firsthand knowledge of business operations; oversee maintenance of servers, workstations, enterprise equipment and networking; manage system upgrades and routine maintenance; assist with deployments/decommissions of IT applications; provide guidance to kiosk team as it relates to Kiosk Labs. What You Bring

5+ years in IT support, infrastructure, data analytics, or help desk leadership Strong knowledge of: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, JAMF, Intune; Active Directory; scripting (Python, Java, PowerShell); Mac, Windows, Linux Experience managing ticketing systems and leading small teams Certifications: CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco preferred Clear communication skills — can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Solid understanding of hardware, networking, operating systems, and common business applications Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills Traits That Make You Thrive Here
