Seeking an experienced recruiter for a large fashion company. This is a W2 position scheduled to end in 2025 with the possibility to extend. All extensions are up to the client. About the Job
Full Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruiting process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for US/CAN corporate positions across multiple brands and functions. Talent Sourcing: Actively source passive candidates using various channels to build diverse talent pools, collaborating closely with hiring teams to identify opportunities for proactive recruitment according to business needs. Research and Pipeline: Maintain a pulse on market trends across our industry to advise the team on opportunities to engage top talent and represent our client at social media, career fairs, conferences, networking, and DEI partnership events. Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to provide guidance and recommendations to attract and hire top talent while maintaining timely status updates during the recruitment process. Candidate Experience: Manage interview logistics and deliver a best-in-class interview experience. Operational Excellence: Maintain data with integrity, update our ATS with candidate information and recruitment activity, support other duties within our TDEI team as needed. About You
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in-house within a global retail or apparel organization. You have experience managing multiple open roles across different departments. You bring proactive sourcing experience and ability to engage passive candidates You’re curious and interested in continuous improvement. You are knowledgeable with social and technology, with demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter You have experience working in applicant tracking systems. Workday is a plus. You have a passion for the apparel/fashion/lifestyle space!
