We're Hiring: Executive Assistant & Board Liaison (Temp-to-Hire) – Washington, DC
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for executive support and board engagement? Our client, a mission-driven organization in the DC area, is seeking a Temp-to-Hire Executive Assistant and Board Liaison to join their dynamic team.
This is a high-impact role supporting senior leadership and the Board of Directors. You’ll be the strategic right hand to the President, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing board materials, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders.

Temp-to-Hire Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive support to the President and Board of Directors. Manage calendars, travel logistics, and meeting coordination. Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and board packets. Serve as liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders. Track action items, follow-ups, and key deliverables. Support planning and execution of board meetings and executive events. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in executive support with board liaison experience. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
