Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager (Industrial) is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role oversees all digital channels, including websites, email marketing, paid advertising, social media, etc. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the creation of engaging content and digital ad campaigns, manage vendor relationships, and handle the digital integration of newly acquired brands within the Industrial division. The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Global Marketing Manager. Responsibilities

Digital Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across all industrial segments. Content & Campaigns: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) and develop engaging content for our website, blog, email newsletters, and social media channels. Website Management: Maintain and update our industrial division websites, ensuring all content is current, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO). Social Media: Oversee and grow our social media presence, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with our audience, and tracking performance. Brand Integration: Lead the digital marketing integration for newly acquired brands, including website migration, social media account management, and content alignment. Vendor Management: Serve as the primary contact for external vendors and freelancers, including graphic designers, web developers, and other marketing specialists. Manage projects, budgets, and relationships to ensure successful outcomes. Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital marketing campaign performance, using data to inform future strategies and optimizations. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns. Demonstrable expertise in managing a variety of digital channels, including paid search (PPC), social media, SEO, and email marketing. Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media management platforms. An autonomous and proactive work style, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and project management skills. B2B and B2C marketing experience preferred Industrial marketing environment is a plus, but not required. Skills
