Senior Marketing Analytics Manager

to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will lead the development of insights that drive strategic decision-making across the full marketing funnel. You will be responsible for translating data into actionable recommendations to optimize our marketing programs and increase pipeline generation across digital and field campaigns, including events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who not only thrives in data but can interpret the story behind the numbers and confidently influence change across the organization.

What To Expect

Lead Full-Funnel Analytics: Own the analysis of marketing performance across the funnel—from impressions to closed-won deals. Evaluate campaign effectiveness across channels such as web, paid media, organic, email, ABM, and in-person/virtual events.

Drive Pipeline Insights: Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards that track pipeline creation, marketing-influenced revenue, and campaign attribution. Identify patterns and gaps to uncover new opportunities for pipeline acceleration.

Strategic Marketing Partner: Collaborate closely with marketing leaders across demand generation, field marketing, events, web, digital, and operations to define KPIs, test hypotheses, and ensure alignment on business goals and performance benchmarks.

Performance Optimization: Provide data-driven recommendations on budget allocation, audience targeting, creative strategy, and channel mix based on ongoing performance insights and historical trends.

Reporting & Visualization: Build intuitive, executive-ready reporting frameworks that clearly communicate campaign impact. Use tools such as Tableau and Salesforce to make data accessible and actionable.

Forecasting & Modeling: Support pipeline forecasting and scenario planning. Develop predictive models that help prioritize investment across marketing efforts.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with RevOps and MarOps to ensure consistency in measurement and holistic visibility into GTM strategy effectiveness including identifying points of improvement in data hygiene.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations.

Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to challenge the status quo with data-backed perspectives.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
