HPG is a new nonprofit fiscal sponsorship organization seeking a talented and dedicated Executive Assistants to join its team. Position Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide vital administrative and strategic support to the Executive Director and/or Executive Vice President of Humanity Pathways Global. This role requires an organized, proactive, and resourceful professional who can navigate a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Executive Assistant will facilitate seamless daily operations, manage schedules, coordinate communications, and assist with administrative tasks that are essential to the organization's growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and key engagements.

Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests, responding or directing as appropriate.

Prepare and refine correspondence, reports, presentations.

Provide logistical and operational support for staff meetings, donor engagements, and team communications.

Oversee meeting logistics, including agenda creation, document distribution, and note-taking for executive and Board discussions.

Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with teams across departments to streamline operations and improve administrative efficiency.

Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance with non-profit governance standards.

Establish and/or maintain effective record-keeping and document management systems.

Qualifications: Previous experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant

Familiarity with non-profit operations, donor relations, and reporting.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

High degree of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving capability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Asana).

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-growing, purpose-driven organization.

Work Environment: This position operates in a dynamic, virtual start-up setting that spans the globe and requires flexibility, creativity, and dedication to the mission.
