Position Overview We are actively seeking a talented Vice President of Bank Syndications to become an integral part of our dynamic Capital Markets team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the entire process of originating, structuring, and distributing broadly-syndicated bank transactions. This position entails a high level of responsibility and will require you to craft offering memoranda, create impactful pitchbook presentations, and develop detailed cash flow models. Your expertise will play a key role in the due diligence process, where you will assess the risk and return parameters of financing transactions. Additionally, you will engage directly with both internal teams and external clients and financial institutions, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. This role requires a BA or BS degree along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Proficiency in MS Office is a must, along with experience in syndicated finance and credit training. Familiarity with financial information platforms such as Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, and CapIQ will be highly advantageous.
