Job Overview:
As the Technology Administrator for the Veteran Project Manager Mentor Alliance (VPMMA), you will spearhead the organization's technological strategy, ensuring seamless integration of technology with the overall mission and operational goals. This role is crucial in overseeing the development, implementation, and management of all technological systems, from infrastructure to digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Update and enhance the organization's website and digital tools
Implement data privacy and cybersecurity measures, as needed
Stay updated on new technologies to improve efficiency
Work with department heads to support their technology needs
Manage technology budgets and vendor relationships
Lead a team of technology volunteers, as needed
Report progress and issues to the Director or Operations Committee
Create systems for smooth transitions of positions and board members
Establish and manage AI automation to streamline processes
Act as administrator for Google Workspace, Flowlu, and Brilliant Directories
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in website development and digital tools enhancement
Knowledge of data privacy and cybersecurity measures
Ability to stay updated on emerging technologies
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in managing technology budgets and vendor relationships
Leadership skills to oversee technology volunteers
Expertise in creating systems for process automation
Familiarity with AI technologies and system integration
Proficiency as an administrator for Google Workspace, Flowlu, and Brilliant Directories
