The Food & Beverage team ensures a consistent experience for our guests by maintaining product freshness, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage. They lead operations related to food, including replenishment, inventory, safety, presentation, and promotional activities across the store.

• Providing a consistent Starbucks experience with quality food management
• Adhering to food safety and OSHA guidelines

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining a fresh and inviting environment
• Uphold Food & Beverage standards and execute related processes
• Support promotions, drive-up orders, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Engage with guests, produce handcrafted beverages, and manage inventory and safety protocols

What We Are Looking For

• Customer service experience (preferred but not required)

• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures
• Reliable attendance and flexibility in scheduling
