In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement advocacy strategies that align with our overarching policy goals. We are looking for a candidate with a Juris Doctor (JD) and over 10 years of senior-level advocacy experience, particularly in immigration law and policies affecting unaccompanied and separated children. Your key responsibilities will include enhancing external representation, forging strategic relationships, and leading our advocacy team. A successful candidate will possess the ability to manage coalitions, work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, and articulate the importance of safeguarding children's rights effectively. You will be integral to shaping legislative and regulatory frameworks that promote the welfare of the children we serve.
