Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis and drive strategic promotional campaigns, acquisition initiatives, and marketing programs. This role requires a data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills, A/B testing expertise, and proven ability to execute cross-functional marketing campaigns in fast-paced enterprise environments.

You'll work closely with global stakeholders, creative partners, and sales teams to deliver impactful marketing programs that scale, while optimizing based on experimentation and data insights.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing programs to increase brand awareness and drive adoption across multiple channels.
  • Plan and deliver online campaigns, including email campaigns and placements across key partner websites.
  • Create collateral and sales enablement tools for direct sales and events.
  • Develop marketing content for web properties, collaborating with design on layout and visuals.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—from ideation to launch, reporting, and optimization.
  • Drive acquisition campaigns with global stakeholders and partners.
  • Execute and manage an experimentation roadmap, leveraging A/B testing to optimize creatives, messaging, and offers.
  • Ensure campaigns maintain brand integrity while highlighting partner value propositions.
  • Forecast, track, and present campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Streamline workflows, optimize processes, and manage competing priorities in tight timelines.

Must-Haves:

  • Hands-on marketing practitioner who has experience in data driven marketing and A/B testing
  • Approx. 4 to 8 years of experience would be the right career background
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in product marketing or similar roles
  • Advanced in data and metrics, Superior analytical skills and experimentation methodology including A/B testing
  • Proficient in managing complex campaigns in tight timelines
  • Well versed in LARGE enterprise businesses
  • Experience working with stakeholders
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs/campaigns & larger broad marketing campaigns that go out to the masses
  • Experience leading go-to-market for subscription businesses
  • Soft Skills: Highly effective communicator, data driven, proactive/FAST, good energy, OK living in ambiguity and taking proactive actions to push work forward
