Senior Principal Enterprise Applications Analyst . This is an opportunity for an Application Analyst/Systems Integration professional who is an energetic, self-starter with knowledge and experience in converting requirements into systems/business process solutions. The qualified candidate will be responsible for: Acting as a consultant between the customer and technical community in support of GSC, Quality, and Manufacturing business processes
Delivering aspects of reporting and analytic deliverables for projects on the 1ERP SAP S/4 HANA platform
Supporting our recurring/existing customer base and new project/program initiatives
This position will offer a hybrid of telework and onsite presence; however, eligible candidates must be local to one of our offices in: El Segundo, CA

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field and 9 years of experience; a Master’s degree in STEM or related field and 3 years’ experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, one year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of the 4 years of education.
Must hold an active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain SAP/SAR security clearance, as necessary per business requirements.
Functional/business process knowledge or expertise spanning MRP, procurement, shop floor, and reporting/analytics activities.
Experience in aspects of project management.
Be local to and able to go on site at one of our offices in El Segundo, CA; Redondo Beach, CA; Palmdale, CA; Melbourne, FL.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with software development, software integration, implementation delivery of SAP/SmartMES/HANA products in our NG environment.
Familiarity with Safe/Agile Experience with SAP/1ERP application implementation efforts. Data integration background.
Excellent leadership characteristics.
Demonstrated experience presenting to leadership or government customers.
Experience supervising or leading cross-functional teams/IPTs and/or individuals.
Demonstrated experience presenting and working with all levels of the organization from individual contributor to IPT leadership to program leadership.
BOM Development/Maintenance, SAP/MRP, Inventory Management, and Quality Management knowledge and proficiency.
Salary Range:
$124,900 - $187,300 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
