What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee $1.5-$2M in account revenue as the most senior strategic client counsel
Develop and execute coherent strategies for clients and projects
Generate business revenue within existing clients by expanding the scope of work
Manage, mentor, and develop staff while promoting a culture of high performance
Represent the employer and key clients at high-level industry events and seminars
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
Demonstrated skill in building relationships with top-tier reporters and editors
Extensive writing and editing experience with various print and online media
Proven experience in managing a comprehensive strategic communications program
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
Innovative thinker with a record of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans
Experience setting up measurement programs to evaluate the ROI of communications activities
