Job Summary:
We're seeking a passionate and seasoned Clinical Director with BCBA certification to lead our new center in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee all clinical operations with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations for BCBAs and RBTs to support clinical excellence and professional development. Manage client intake, monitor treatment integrity and progress, and oversee discharge planning to ensure effective service delivery. Ensure full compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, BACB guidelines, and insurance documentation requirements. Lead internal audits and quality assurance initiatives to maintain clinical fidelity and continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, billing, and intake to streamline operations and enhance the client experience. Design and facilitate staff training, support onboarding processes, and promote ongoing learning through continuing education opportunities. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Current and active BCBA certification in good standing Demonstrated experience supporting children and adolescents with autism Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills In-depth knowledge of ABA methodologies, individualized treatment planning, and progress monitoring Benefits:
