Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Skilled Nursing organization located in Dover, NH. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, a commitment to high-quality care, and a passion for serving our community.
Position : Assistant Director of Nursing
Location : Dover, NH
Duties:
Assist the DON with the daily operations of the nursing department to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that promote optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction. Assist the DON in the Management and mentoring of nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred. Compensation:
