Job Description
Own onboarding and lifecycle management for merchants generating $30M-$500M in annual revenue Analyze KPIs (margins, ROI, forecasting) and advise on profitability and growth Act as a strategic partner on international expansion and omni-channel optimization Collaborate with internal teams (ops, compliance, product) to resolve escalations Build scalable processes and playbooks to improve client experience and retention MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
2-5 years in Customer Success or Account Management (DTC e-commerce preferred) Strong financial acumen and comfort with data-driven decision-making Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and other omni-channel retail platforms Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with C-level stakeholders Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented What's on Offer
