Data Analyst position for Rose International. Location: Plano, TX, USA 75024. Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office). Employment Type: Temporary. Shifts: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM. Estimated duration: 13 months. Compensation: $60.00 - $62.50 per hour. Date Posted: 09/03/2025 Responsibilities
Generate actionable insights by leveraging data and storytelling to support data-driven decisions. Recommend actions based on insights via presentations (PowerPoint), data visualizations (Tableau), and clear verbal/written communication. Identify business questions and frame analyses to address them. Use SQL/Python to pull and organize data required for analysis. Assess quantitative and qualitative impacts of potential actions, considering customers, employees, and the company. Coordinate with stakeholders to implement and measure recommended actions. Perform root cause analysis, propose data-driven solutions, and develop tools (e.g., Python calculators) for stakeholders. Communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences, both virtually and in-person. Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a similar quantitative STEM field. Preferred: Masters Degree/MBA or advanced degree in a related field. Required Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with data analytics and problem-solving; strong analytical thinking; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau; ability to acquire, manipulate, and clean data; ability to identify trends and indicators through analysis. Experience: 5+ years in SQL, Python and/or R; 5+ years in data analytics with problem-solving and strong analytical thinking. Preferred Experience: Auto financing, consumer lending and/or financial institutions; consumer credit risk, business analytics, finance, or pricing roles. Communication: Strong communication skills; ability to present ideas and collaborate in a hybrid work environment. Education Details
